Is there documentation on the .bef file format? Can you guide me on how to parse those files for analysis independent from the visualizer software?
Nevermind. David filled me in that the format is proprietary. Please delete topic.
Iām glad you were able to get the answer from Dr. Goodman. But this is still a good question other people have asked us and worth answering for the community at large. While the data format of the .bef files that contain the data collected by our systems is proprietary, we do not prevent customers from getting access to the list mode data if they have a need for it for research purposes. We can make available a converter to convert the format to a text format that is human readable and can be used for research and development, however we typically want to work with our customers more closely when they are doing this type of work to make sure that they are not duplicating our effort in the event that we could provide them a more elegant solution. Therefore, we encourage users to reach out to us directly if this is a need and we will happily work with you to make sure you are able to accomplish your mission with our device.
